Unpaid IPO/Dividend

The Companies Act, 1956 / 2013 provides that any IPO application money / dividend that has remained unpaid / unclaimed for a period of seven years be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) setup by Central Government. Shareholders may note that once unclaimed IPO application money/dividend is transferred to IEPF, no claim shall lie in respect thereof. The shareholders are requested to kindly check their entitlement of dividends / IPO refund money/shares. If not yet encashed for the aforesaid years, may write to the MOIL Limited or its R&T Agent (M/s Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd) for the same.
