not entitled to access the documents pursuant to the under 8(1)d

requests, the provisions of this Act under which

these decisions were made and the number of

times such provisions were invoked.

Commission for review, the nature of appeals and the

outcome of appeals

in respect of administration of this Act.

under this Act. (Rs. 24/- addl fees)

f any fact which indicate an effort by the Public : All the Executives working in the

Authorities to administer and implement the spirit Company have been informed that

and intention of this Act. the Right to Information Act has

been passed by the Parliament. The

provisions of the Act has been

highlighted and asked them to keep

transparency in day-to-day work/

function and maintain all the records

and index in a manner to facilitate

the Right to Information under the

Act.
