Shri  M.P.Chaudhari
Chairman-cum-Managing Director                                                                                                            

Shri M.P. Chaudhari is currently Chairman-cum-Managing Director MOIL. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He started his career with Bajaj Steel Industries Limited and has worked in other private sector companies before joining MOIL in December, 1997 as Manager (Finance).

Shri Chaudhari has more than 34 years of experience in the field of finance, accounts taxation, etc. besides skill in management and administration.

 

He has been honoured with 'Leader of the Year' Award in Miniratna category for taking MOIL to new heights of success in 2018-19 in 7th edition of PSU Awards organized.

Shri  Rakesh Tumane
Director (Finance)

 

Shri Rakesh Tumane is a Computer Science Engineer from NIT, Nagpur. He has done MBA in Finance from MDI, Gurgaon, MBA in Strategy. He is also a Fellow Member of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) UK and Global Chartered Management Accountant (GCMA) from AICPA, USA. He has Civil Services background as he belongs to the 95 batch of Indian P&T Accounts and Finance Service.

Before joining MOIL Rakesh Tumane was working as Director (Finance) in “Indian Rare Earths Limited a CPSU under Department of Atomic Energy. Earlier, he was heading the Finance Department of MTNL, Mumbai as General Manager Finance. 

He has vast experience in Financial Strategy, Budgeting & planning and Cost Management.  He also has international exposure of working on projects for elite organizations like BT, PLC and Vodafone PLC in the UK.

He has expertise in raising Finance, Project Evaluation and Corporate Governance.

Smt. Usha Singh
Director(Human Resource)

                                                                                                         

Ms. Usha Singh is the first Director (HR) of MOIL Limited.

Prior to joining the Company, she was Executive Director (Personnel & Administration) heading Personnel, HRD, CSR, Administration and other related functions at NMDC.  She was also heading the Business Development and Corporate Planning functions in NMDC.

She is an Engineering Graduate and an MBA, who has more than 30 years of professional experience.  She worked for SAIL for around 25 years, out of which she was Technical Advisor to Chairman, SAIL for more than 8 years.

Ms. Singh has been adjudged as one of the top 100 Inspirational Women in Mining globally in 2020 (first time from India).  She has several other awards also to her credit, which includes, ‘SCOPE Outstanding Woman Manager 2017’ and ‘Best Employee Award’ in SAIL.  She has authored and presented several papers in national as well as international conferences.  

 

Shri P.V.V. Patnaik 
Director (Commercial) 

 

Shri PVV Patnaik is an M.A. Sc. (Mineral Processing), M.TECH (Process Metallurgy), MBA (Finance and Marketing).

Shri PVV Patnaik is having vast experience of about 32 years in various fields. He has joined MOIL - as Manager (Process) in 1991 and worked in various capacities in different disciplines such as Marketing, Business Development, Process, Projects and Diversification, etc. 

He was associated with formulation of marketing / pricing policies, business forecast, new product development, market research for expansion of customer base, e-sales, preparation of business plan etc. He also worked as CEO, RINMOIL Ferro Alloys Private Limited and SAIL & MOIL Ferro Alloys Private Limited, joint ventures of MOIL for setting up ferro alloy units at Vizag and Bhilai and also instrumental in setting up of  Ferro Manganese Plant (FMP) at Balaghat Mine.

He has headed Ferro Manganese and Electrolytic Manganese Di-oxide plants of MOIL. He has attended a number of national and international conferences conducted by IMPC, IBM, FIMI, IFAPA, Metal Bulletins etc., and presented technical papers.

Ms.Sukriti Likhi, IAS

Smt. Sukriti Likhi, Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Ministry of Steel, Government of India, belongs to the Indian Administrative Service (Haryana Cadre - 1993).

Her varied experience in administration includes working in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, as Director in the Department of Financial Services and later, as Counsellor (Economic) with the Embassy of India at Washington DC. Most recently she was Joint Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Government of India.  In the Haryana State Government, among her varied assignments, she served as Managing Director, Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd; as Managing Director HAFED (the Haryana State Cooperative Supply & Marketing Federation Limited) and as Finance Secretary.

She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University (USA), a Master’s in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from Lady Shri Ram College.

 

Shri Sukhveer Singh, IAS

Shri Sukhveer Singh is an IAS of 1997 Batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre. He is M. Tech. in Building Sc. & Construction Management, M.A (Eco.) MSc in PMG (LSE, U.K.).

At Present, he is Principal Secretary of Mineral Resource Department of Government of Madhya Pradesh. He is also holding a charge of Inspector General of Registration and Superintendent if Stamps, Madhya Pradesh. In addition to other directorship, he is Managing Director of The Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Ltd.

He is having experience of more than 22 years in various fields like administration, management, public policy, finance. etc.

Dr. Deepak Singh 
Independent Director

 

Dr. Deepak Singh is a MBBS and MD. He has done PG course in Health and Family welfare management and courses in G.I.S. in Health and Epidemiological and Biomedical Data Analysis using Statistical Software. He has experience of more than 26 years at different levels. Presently, he is Professor at JNU, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He also worked as Officer on Duty (OSD) Govt. of India Union Minister for sports and youth Welfare, Minister of State for Commerce and industry, CM (Chhattisgarh).

He was Assistant Editor of Medico legal Update (ISSN 0971-720X).  The Official organ of the Indian Association of Medico Legal Experts. He was Chief correspondent of the Journal Medicine and Toxicology (ISSN 0971-1929). He has Membership of Editorial Advisor, Journal of environmental and ethical issues, Banglore. He visited USA, Thailand, Egypt, South Africa, UAE, Botswana, Russia, Germany, Malaysia, Mauritius etc.

CA Shri Mangesh Kinare

Shri Mangesh Pandurang Kinare, is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is Practicing Chartered Accountant having experience of more than 30 years in Profession. He has  done B.Com. and LL.B. (Gen) from University of Mumbai. He has also completed Post Qualification Diploma course in Information System Audit by ICAI- D.I.S.A. (ICAI). He is mainly practicing in GST, Audits and Business Consultancy having varied exposure in various sectors. 

He was Chairman of Western India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (WIRC of ICAI) for the year 2013-2014. He was also Member of Central Council of The ICAI for the term 2016-2019. He was appointed by Govt. of Maharashtra on Committee for Scrutiny of Self-Financed Private Universities in Maharashtra and Maharashtra Govt. Nominee on Finance Committee of Babasaheb Ambedkar Technology University (BATU), Lonere, Maharashtra.

Shri Dinesh Gupta

Shri Dinesh Gupta has carved his niche as Chartered Accountant (CA) to some of the most renowned real estate promoters. He brings in a vast repose of knowledge which is backed up with experience with leading groups. In the process he has been associated with some of the most well-known and respected business leaders and corporate houses.

During his consultancy professions he has consulted various groups mostly Mega Real Estate projects for setting up control system or setting up organization structure. Financing & Investment Decisions formed Joint Ventures, Development Agreements etc. He has headed so many Internal Committee, having vast knowledge of Audit & Finance. With deep knowledge in the stock market, Forex, law matters and finance taxation he is able to face every challenge. He makes every person in understanding the rules and guidelines.

His deriving wealth of knowledge from them benefitting from the interactions with them, which he seeks to bring into his organization. He understands every nuance of the field and brings an intellectual touch to his projects. Known for his unrelenting and non-compromising attitude he will leave no stone unturned to turn Samridhi Group into one of the most respected names in the field of real estate.

Shri Prashant Vashishtha

Shri Prashant Vashishtha has done BSC (HONS) in Physics from Aligarh Muslim University and he is an MBA in Systems from Indian Institute of Rural Management. He has vast experience of more than 21 years at different fields like Auto, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Social activities and various operational areas. He has served/is serving as director in different companies like Shri Ganesh Group, Money Matters Consulting LLP, ARTH Concepts India Pvt. Ltd. He is also Managing Secretary of PAIN an NGO.
